The prices are at par or more than grey market! If you look at Rolex, Cartier, longines you will see

I have purchased a Longines Master Collection from these guys, and I am very happy with the purchase. Fast shipping and superb price. Can't beat it. I do recommend.

I regret having done business with this company.
I paid for what I thought what a reasonably priced new watch.
When it arrived it was not secured to it's pillow and a tag from the buckle prong was loose in the box.
It seemed to me, as I mentioned at the time, that it had been tried on previously.
Because of this I decided to return it.
I discussed my suspicion with Lauren at AuthenticWatches.Com who emphatically denied that my suspicion was correct. The watch still has it's original plastic sleeve protecting it's face.
After following all of the instructions for returning the watch and taking care that it was packaged much more securely than when it arrived, I sent it back to Authentic Watches.
Upon arrival at their facility I was informed that the watch was scratched and that they were keeping 20% of the purchase price.
As proof of injury they sent pictures of the current scratches (which I contend were created prior to my receiving the watch).
While I don't have proof of my innocence nor their guilt I am highly suspicious that the integrity of this establishment and those individuals representing it is in question.
Had I done my due diligence and checked online reviews I likely would not have done business with them.

I ordered a watch band from these guys that would take 6 months to deliver. They charged me immediately and never contacted me about the order again. I finally made contact with them after a year and they indicate that the watch band is unavailable. I said fine please return my money. They indicate that they cannot refund my money, but would happily give me a store credit to use on their website. Problem is I do not want to do business with these people and I do not want anything they have especially given the other reviews. Do not give them your money!

I have just completed the purchase of my second timepiece from authenticwatches.com. Given some of the reviews I see on the internet I felt I have to chime in and give my honest experience. I bought a beautiful brand new Longines Flagship Heritage Rose Gold small seconds (07/2021) and also a brand new beautiful Omega Speedmaster Professional Moonwatch Saphhire sandwich (06/2022). Both pieces came brand new in box with all plastics and hang tags as well as card holder, instruction manual and cards. Both watches are perfectly functional as supposed to be and both watches sold to me at a price I couldn't find anywhere else. Authenticwatches is a great business as far as my 2 fairly recent purchases worth over 10,000$ USD went. Thanks for reading everyone. I feel like the negative reviews crowd out the millions of people like me that indeed had great experiences and felt I had to contribute.

I purchased my Omega watch through this website, and it wasn't a good experience.
The information and the picture that was shown weren't complete and match with the description and the watch!
When I received my watch, it was absolutely shocking because first it wasn't what I expected and second, it was defective, and the crown didn't work and even came out too far.
Besides that, they have zero customer service.
They made me pay for my return shipping and deduct 10% stocking for the watch that I even didn't open or use!
We took the watch to the Omega store to check its authenticity and performance, and the retailer told me this is a defective product and that they should have provided us with the correct information, because the website and picture didn't mention anything about the battery-operated model (old model), and the picture of the bottom of the watch.
I also spoke with their manager and emphasized when people are paying a few thousand dollars for their purchase and shop with you, you need to check the item's accuracy and authenticity, and whether it is working properly or not and then ship it to the customer, but he rudely responded that this is not our responsibility.
Very upset about this company, and absolutely do not recommend even trying them once.

Lies and thieves, we paid 1k extra on the deposit. They said it would take three months. Called on the three month mark didn’t here a thing from them prior. And they claimed they sent an email almost two months earlier giving me two day to pay the balance. Email was never sent or received. They cancelled my order and refuse any refund. Only option as to pay a 2 k mark up for the same watch. 3k gone. Don’t shop here !!!!!

Gave them a 3k deposit. They said wait 3 months, they sent an email (went to junk mail) then they cancelled my order and refuse refund and raised the price. Called at the 3 month to the day. Rip off company.

Based on my experience the negative reviews are all true. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered a new Omega DeVille watch. When I opened the package the watch was obviously used. No Omega outer box, no Omega paperwork, no Omega hang tag and no Omega protective stickers on crystal, back of case or buckle. Every new Omega I've ever purchased has all these. Not authenticwatches, they sent me a used watch with a piece of aftermarket wrap around the entire case. Plus, the case was scratched and the leather strap featured one hole much larger than the others, which was obviously the one used for wearing. I immediately called customer service and was told that they don't sell used watches. I returned it and then received an email that they were charging me $230 restocking fee (and taking it out of my refund) because they said they sent me a new watch and I returned it used! Unbelievable! When I appealed to them that I received it used, they responded - sorry but we sent you a new watch. Essentially calling me a liar. An incredible scam and a horrible experience. I am a watch collector and I buy and sell on eBay with a 100% satisfaction rating. I can be trusted to be honest. What started off as possibly a great transaction turned out to be a complete nightmare. I shall be making my transactions elsewhere after wasting valuable time with a business with such poor customer service.
